|No matter your age| In my constant stage of 29-ness, today I am reminded age truly is just a number. It's an ongoing joke with family and friends, "so Deb when are you going to roll up to the big 30? You know you've been 29 a very looooong time!"

Seriously though, age is defined by mind over biological age. Yesterday, an 85-year-old client asked me, "do you know how to Zoom?" I wanted to scream in laughter. "Yes, I do" was my reply. She said "good, let's meet up."

So today, I will be "meeting up" with a client via @zoom where we will cover all the things important to her.

The moral of this story: do not discount the capabilities of the older generation. Don't assume they're "too old" for new things. They represent a vital part of society. And as the saying goes "I know a thing or two because I've seen a thing in two" should resonate in each of our lives. Let's learn from their experience. One day I may roll up on and be a part of the older generation. 😁 ...
